One-of-a-kind vintage Italian cameo!
Intricately hand carved Italian pink shell, our victorian woman pendant is raised to the touch and amazing! I search for my cameos as new old stock, never been mounted or worn-this beauty is approx 75 years old. I mounted it in a new sterling silver setting that is a perfect compliment for this statement cameo. Setting measures 1 1/4" wide and x 1 1/2" tall. Pink cameo is 1" tall and 3/4" wide.
